Chesapeake Rotary Club members welcome Joel Rubin

Chesapeake Rotarians gave a warm welcome to speaker Joel Rubin, President of Rubin Communications based in Virginia Beach. Joel, who was recently inducted to the Virginia Communications Hall of Fame, gave a riveting talk about trends in advertising and the future of media and communications.
