Chesapeake Rotarians Doug Davis and Gardner King presented Guidance Counselor Avelyn Chambers of Thurgood Marshall Elementary School $6,000 worth of coats and undergarments for children in need at the school. The club raised over $3,100 and Kohl’s generously doubled the value.
