Ashley Smith of Chesapeake, VA was recently crowned Miss Virginia United States 2011 at the statewide pageant in Richmond, Virginia. As Miss Virginia United States, Ashley Smith will be promoting awareness of childhood speech and hearing impediments through the Rite Care program, the official platform of Miss Virginia United States.
