The 2nd Annual Hope, Hams, History, Hospitality and HeARTS Bicycle Tour recently took place in Smithfield. The Bike for a Cure! Relay for Life event was sponsored by the Isle of Wight/Surry Beacons of Hope team and included 12, 35 and 50 mile rides. Last year, the team raised over $32,000, which won them the honor of being the #1 team in Isle of Wight/Surry and #2 in the nation.
