Junior Achievement of Greater Hampton Roads recently honored four outstanding business leaders with lifetime achievement awards for their great works in business excellence, innovative leadership and community involvement. Peter Decker, Jr, Jack Ezzell, Steve Frederickson and Fred Napolitano were inducted into the Hampton Roads Business Hall of Fame.
