Kendra Todd shares at Operation Blessing fundraiser

The Hampton Roads' community recently came together for Operation Blessing's Evening with Kendra Todd at the Cavalier Golf & Yacht Club. The top real estate entrepreneur, Season Three winner of The Apprentice and Virginia Beach native captivated her audience with the message, Live Your Passion; Share Your Prosperity.

The passions I have in my life come from a place of empathy, Kendra shared. I may not be hurting in the way you are hurting, but I know what it feels like to hurt, and I want to do something that alleviates your pain.

Operation Blessing's ongoing Haiti earthquake relief efforts were also highlighted, and guests met Zena Hankins, recipient of a home makeover, after she suffered water damage during last fall's Norfolk flooding.

The Cavalier Golf & Yacht Club, Liberty Tax Services and Tidewater Productions were the evening's sponsors. All proceeds benefited Operation Blessing's humanitarian efforts. www.ob.org
