Celebrating Historic Hobson Village
North Suffolk's historic Hobson Village dates back to the mid-1700's, when it was established as one of the few independent African-American villages. The Suffolk African American Cultural Society partnered with the Department of Parks and Recreation to host the 7th annual community reunion. The family event included entertainment, food, raffles and health screenings.
