The Chesapeake Rotary Club’s 2018 First Citizen of Chesapeake Award Dinner



The Chesapeake Rotary Club hosted a dinner to honor R. Carroll Smith, Sr. as the 2018 First Citizen of Chesapeake. Through his commitment to the city's future, his philanthropy and support of organizations that promote good works and positive outlooks, Carroll exemplifies the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self.”
