The Portsmouth Sports Club held their monthly meeting at Roger Brown's in Olde Towne Portsmouth.  Guest Speaker Eddie Webb gave a presentation on the new Virginia Sports Hall of Fame which will relocate to Towne Center in Virginia Beach.
