HRCC Honors Small Businesses of the Year
The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce hosted a luncheon at the Virginia Beach Conference Center to honor the Small Businesses of the Year from each locality. The overall Small Business of the Year Award winner was Mid Atlantic Marine Academy in Norfolk.
