CHIP’s 10th Annual Rubber Duck Race
CHIP of South Hampton Roads held their 10th Annual Hampton Roads Rubber Duck Race, celebrating 10 years of raising funds to improve children's health and school-readiness. A fun-filled day of games, bouncy houses, face painting, food, and the racing of the rubber ducks was enjoyed by all.
