First Citizen Phil Johnson is Honored



Hundreds of friends attended a banquet at the Chesapeake Conference Center to honor Phil Johnson as 2014 First Citizen. Selection is made by former First Citizens, and the event is presented by The Chesapeake Rotary Club. The Honorable Judge Richard Bray was the keynote speaker introduced by 2013 First Citizen The Honorable Roland Davis, Jr.
