HRCC 57th Annual Seafood Outing
The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce recently hosted its 57th Annual Seafood Outing & Coast Guard Celebration at North Landing in Olde Towne Portsmouth. More than 500 people gathered to celebrate Portsmouth's designation as a Coast Guard City and enjoy a delicious seafood buffet, drinks, live music by More Cowbell, and business exhibits. The weather was hot, but guests cooled down with beverages as they socialized and enjoyed the sunset.

The folks at Roger Brown's Restaurant and Sports Bar cheerfully served up the seafood in spite of the intense heat.
Hundreds endured the 100+ degree heat index for an opportunity to enjoy some good seafood and a chance to network and socialize.
Members of the U.S. Coast Guard (from left) BM2 Daniel Adams, SN Casey Vick, and BM1 Timothy Edgington enjoyed the celebration and appreciation.
