Shopper publisher speaks to Virginia Beach Central Lions Club
Members of the Virginia Beach Central Lions Club welcomed guest speaker Jean Loxley-Barnard, Publisher and CEO of The Shopper. Jean gave a presentation about the history, operations, advertising and marketing services provided by the publishing company she founded in 1981. Club members and guests dined at the Happy Buffet before the meeting.
