Off The Hook Seafood and Chophouse celebrates the grand opening of its newest location in Ghent with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Owners Derrick and Jennifer Carpinelli were grateful for the support they received from Norfolk City Mayor Kenny Alexander, Norfolk Sheriff Joe Baron, Norfolk City Treasurer Daun Hester, Senator John Cosgrove, and Senator Lionell Spruill. The Carpinellis agree that Norfolk is an amazing city, and they are so happy to be part of it!
