Chesapeake Care Clinic
In celebration of Chesapeake Care Clinic's 25th anniversary, Mayor Rick West and members of the city council honored its founder, Dr. Juan Montero, with a City of Chesapeake Proclamation. Board members were on hand to congratulate Dr. Montero.
