Cookie Cutter's Grand Opening
Cookie Cutter's Grand Opening was a great success. The kids enjoyed getting their hair cut in their favorite chair and hanging out with Chewy, the store's mascot, and Disney's Princess Belle. Mayor Rick West was on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony.
