Dancing with the Sister Cities of Chesapeake Stars!
It was an unforgettable evening of fine dining and entertainment as celebrity couples vied for the coveted title of best dance couple. This year's event raised funds to support the Chesapeake Sister Cities program and Virginia Power Soccer, a power wheelchair soccer league. Quality Music and Dance Owner Muffy Hoover and Ballroom Dance Instructor Tammy Potter worked with the couples on their routines.
