Local officer brings home the gold
The World Police and Fire Games is a biennial event that enables first responders to compete in Olympic-style meets of strength, speed, and endurance. The 2015 Games were held recently in Fairfax County, Virginia. Local sheriff's deputy Sgt. Ronald Humphrey brought home the Gold in the 200 meter event, shattering the 2001 record with a time of 25.20 seconds. Congrats Sgt. Humphrey, and good luck in Vancouver in 2017.
