On a cold and rainy night, Friends of School Board Chairwoman Christie New Craig hosted a warm and lively reception for the candidates running in the May election for Chesapeake City Council and School Board. Sergeant Dave Rosado of the Chesapeake Sheriff's department entertained everyone with his magic.
