Bountiful Brunch for Catholic Charities



More than 110 mothers, grandmothers, daughters, sisters and best friends attended a Bountiful Brunch & Boutique at Princess Anne Country Club. Twenty-one carefully selected vendors participated in the event to benefit emergency services that are provided for individuals and families in need by Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia. In addition to shopping, sipping Mimosas and dining at one of the best brunch venues in town, guests were treated to an inspiring talk by local TV celebrity Cheryl Tan of WAVY Channel 10.


Guest speakers at the brunch were local resident Donna Rayburn, left, and Cheryl Tan, anchor of the morning show at WAVY-TV. Congratulating them on their presentations is Neil P. McNulty, President and CEO of Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia.

Lisa Bitonti, left, was visiting from Gaithersburg, Maryland. She and her mother, Flora D'Amato of Virginia Beach, enjoyed the brunch and boutique benefit, which is scheduled to be held again next year.

Tin Soldiers, Forgotten Treasures, was one of the vendors displaying its merchandise at the Catholic Charities' event. Pictured is Jennifer Schratwieser, daughter of owners Bill and Maggie, who operate the eclectic shop on Shore Drive.
