Deep Creek Ruritans celebrate holidays, install new officers
The Deep Creek Ruritan Club recently held its annual Holiday Event/Installation Night at the Chesapeake Conference Center. Members and their families enjoyed a delicious dinner as Christmas carols which were sung by the Deep Creek High School chorus. The Deep Creek Ruritans honored their installation of new officers for 2013 and recognized platinum sponsors of the 2012 BeefFest. Special awards were also presented, and The Shopper team would like to thank the Deep Creek Ruritan Club for the honor of being named Business of the Year.
